Jackie is a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong commitment to helping children and their families. She began her career in 2007 as a volunteer in the Child Life department at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, where she discovered the value of supporting children and families during challenging times. She was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2014 and was drawn to the meaningful difference it can make in others’ lives through the use of science.
Since then, Jackie has worked with children and teenagers with a wide range of developmental disabilities and disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other neurological conditions. She works closely with parents, educators, and other professionals to help her learners reach positive, lasting outcomes.
Jackie is committed to using the principles of ABA to increase functional skills and improve the quality of life for the individuals she supports. Her approach is individualized, goal-driven, and rooted in evidence-based practices.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and completed a Master of Science in Counseling, with a concentration in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis, at Nova Southeastern University.
Fun Fact: Jackie looks forward to Sundays, when she attends church with her husband, daughter, and stepson, followed by a day filled with quality family time. She is also scuba diving certified.
Saira is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst based in Miami, Florida. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.
Saira has worked with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and intellectual disabilities across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She prioritizes individualized care, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the learner and their family.
Her clinical interests include teaching functional living skills, promoting communication, and using natural environment teaching to increase meaningful, real-world outcomes. Saira is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to better serve diverse families in the South Florida community.
She also provides support and training for RBTs and aspiring BCBAs, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care and ethical practice.
Fun Fact: In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her toy poodle, Bella.
Daniela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from National University. She has six years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and remains deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of her clients. Much of her professional background has focused on early intervention, working with children five years old and younger. She finds great joy in helping young learners build foundational skills and reach developmental milestones.
Over time, Dani has also grown to appreciate the unique needs of older children and enjoys the opportunity to help them navigate more complex goals and social challenges. She values building strong, collaborative relationships with families and team members, and she approaches each case with a focus on individualized, compassionate care. Dani believes that every clientdeserves thoughtful support that fosters meaningful and lasting progress.
Fun fact: Daniela loves to ski. She has been hitting the slopes with her family every year for the past 11 years, and it’s a tradition she looks forward to every winter. Skiing is a hobby she never gets tired of!
Desiree is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and has completed extensive coursework and hands-on training in behavior analysis.
Throughout her career, Desiree has developed and implemented individualized behavior intervention plans across a variety of settings. She is deeply knowledgeable in the principles of applied behavior analysis and skilled in behavior modification strategies. Known for making therapy engaging and effective, Desiree is passionate about sharing her expertise with families and mentoring future analysts.
Her work is driven by the meaningful progress she sees in her clients’ lives. She cares deeply about each individual she serves, always striving to create compassionate, supportive, and empowering experiences. Desiree remains committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Desi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and creating lasting memories.
Lina is a bilingual Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong foundation in both the arts and behavioral sciences. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Florida and later pursued her Master of Arts in Developmental Disabilities with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Nova Southeastern University.
Lina’s journey into the field of ABA began through her work with the Youth Arts Enrichment (YEP) Grants Program in the Miami-Dade County School District. There, she developed a passion for supporting children with autism and related disabilities through therapeutic dance and movement. This passion led her to earn certification in Autism Movement Therapy.
With a specialization in verbal behavior programming, Lina focuses on the development, implementation, and supervision of individualized programs that target language, academic, social, play, and daily living skills. She is also highly experienced in conducting therapist and parent training, and has successfully implemented a range of effective behavior reduction programs using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Dedicated to professional growth, Lina regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay up to date with the latest research and practices in the field. She is an active member of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis.
Fun fact: Lina is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters who keep her inspired and energized every day. She’s also left-handed, something she’s learned makes her part of a very creative club!
Tancy is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in English and Spanish. Tancy has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for 11 years. She has extensive experience working with children in the Autism Spectrum ages 2-15. She began accruing her practicum hours in 2013 as a Behavior Assistant (BA) in the Florida International University (FIU) Autism Spectrum Disorder Summer Treatment Program. She also joined the Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) program at FIU for one semester. Tancy graduated from FIU with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2014, she became a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and continued to provide one to one services as well as gained experience supervising cases. Tancy pursued a Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) and graduated in August 2020. She became a BCBA in October 2020. Tancy found her passion in ABA and not a day goes by without feeling grateful for being part of the mission of helping children achieve significant outcomes, improve their quality of life, and reach their full potential.
